RoHS COMPLIANCE

IntriCon recognizes the importance of protecting the environment and is committed to providing RoHS compliant products to meet our customer’s needs.

We hereby certify that our products are RoHS compliant, conforming to the requirements of “Directive 2002/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 January 2003 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.”

No Lead, Cadmium, Mercury, Hexavalent Chromium, PBB or PBDE is intentionally added to our products. Any trace impurities of these substances are below the RoHS specified threshold levels:

• Lead (Pb): Under 1000ppm
• Cadmium (Cd): Under 100ppm
  
• Mercury (Hg): Under 1000ppm
  
• Hexavalent Chromium (CrVI): Under 1000ppm
  
• Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBB): Under 1000ppm
  
• Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE): Under 1000ppm

We have taken all reasonable steps to confirm our suppliers’ declarations pertinent to the materials used and we maintain a full audit trail of relevant documentation to support the compliance status.

All information provided in our Certificate of RoHS Compliance is accurate, to the best of our knowledge, as of the date when the certificate is issued.

To provide visual indication of RoHS compliance, we will affix the following sticker to each package.
